Mothers Day Reflections

Mothers Day Reflections

Reflecting from a mother's heart
beams tenderness of Jesus' love,
soft yet strong as the winged dove-
a given care not to impart.

Reflecting from a mother's way,
there shines a certain nurturing
as comforting as outstretched wings
that lift and guide from day to day.

Reflecting from a mother's smile,
comes satisfaction bright as gold-
a jubilation she beholds
within a moment or awhile.

Reflecting from a mother's eyes,
beams love for children, Heaven-sent
beheld within the Firmament-
so feather gentle, yet so wise...

Genesis 3:20...Adam named his wife Eve, because she would become the mother of
                           all living.

Isaiah 66:13... 'As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.'

1Thessalonians 2:7...'but we were gentle among you like a mother caring for her children.
We loved you so much we were delighted to share not only the
gospel of God but our lives as well'...
