Nature's Testimony

Tulips abloomin' 'neath a buttermilk sky,
Waitin' to be kissed by a butterfly;
Crickets achirpin' in a walnut tree,
Tellin' 'bout Jesus and how He loves me.

Sun shinin' down, bringin' warmth to earth,
Brook babblin' gaily with a secret mirth;
Lilypad aswayin' to a bullfrog's song,
Makin' tiny ripples as he hops along.

Meadowlark asingin' to the sky above,
Praisin' the Creator for His wondrous love;
Kinda makes you wonder as this earth you trod,
How some folks can figure that there is no God.

--Connie

"Since earliest times
men have seen
the earth and sky
and all God made,
and have known
of His existence
and great eternal power."

(Romans 1:20, LB)

About the Poet
IN MEMORIAM I'm just a servant of the Lord that wants to magnify Him through poetry, and to cause others to focus on Him.
