GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD
24 To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— 25 to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. - Jude 1:24-25(New International Version).
GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD
4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. - Ephesians 2:4-7(New International Version).

NOTES
I had lunch with my brother, Charley and our friend, Bill. I went to Country Mart to get a few items. I went to the post office. I took my nap this afternoon without a cat. After 7:00 p.m. I sat out with the cats and read for a while as they were enjoying their treats and doing other cat things. They always look forward to me being in the yard with them in the evening. The picture tonight is Leo. The cats are fine and all are accounted for. Little Girl stayed home today. She is in the recliner now. Rascal was just here and has now gone outside. Tony from across the street has been over for a bite of food. Today has been a mostly sunny day with a high temperature of 83 degrees. Low temperature this morning was 49 degrees. At 9:15 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 68 degrees. I will see you next time,

Australia
From Babs Hurst, Queensland, AustraliaSept. 7, 2011
Article from Bob Katter
I am a White, Conservative, Tax-Paying, God fearing Australian.
I am a hard working Australian and I work long hours to earn a living.
I believe in God and the freedom of religion, but I don't push it on others. I drive Australian-made cars, and I believe in Australian products and buy them whenever I can.
I believe the money I make belongs to me and not some bloody governmental functionary, Labour/Greens or Liberal, that wants to share it with others who don't work!
I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!
I think owning a home doesn't make you a capitalist; it makes you a smart Australian. I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything. Get over it!
I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac or any other item, you should do it in English. I believe there should be no other language option.
I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.
My heroes are, fellow Australians like Don Bradman, Steve Waugh, Alan Langer, Slim Dusty, Fred Hollows and the Aussie scientists who invented the bionic ear missed a few I know. I don't hate the rich, but hate the way they always find ways to pay less taxes. I don't pity the poor, I hate the way they are always crying that they are hard done by!!
I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country!
This is AUSTRALIA....
We like it the way it is and more so the way it was...so stop trying to change it to look like some other socialist country! If you were born or legally migrated here and don't like it... you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you. (And take Julie Gillard and her group with you.) I believe it is time to really clean house, starting with the Lodge, the seat of our biggest problems.
I want to know exactly, where the "Do Gooder's" get their money from, and why are they always part of the problem and not the solution?
Can I get an AMEN on that one?
I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what race, colour or creed you are, but not just because you happen to be an illegal alien and scream that they are "RACISTS PIGS". And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my driver's license. I think it's good....
I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause.... Get a job and do your part to support yourself and your family!
I believe that it doesn't take all the intellectuals to raise a child, it takes two parents....
I believe 'illegal' is illegal no matter what the lawyers think!
I believe the Australian flag should be the only ones allowed to be flown in Australia !
If this makes me a BAD Australian, then yes, I'm a BAD Australian. If you are a BAD Australian too, please forward this to everyone you know....
We want our country back!
My Country..... I hope this offends all illegal aliens.
My great, great, great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Boer War. My grandfather watched and bled as his friends died in World Wars 1&2. My grandfather watched as his friends & brothers died in the Depression of 32.
My father watched as his friends died in Korea. I watched as my friends died in Vietnam, East Timor & Desert Storm. Our son's and daughters watched & bled as their friends died in Afghanistan and Iraq . None of them died for the Afghanistan and Iraq Flag. Every Australian died for the Australian flag.,br /> At a Victorian high school foreign students raised a Middle East flag on a school flag pole. Australian students took it down. Guess who was expelled...the students who took it down.
West Australian high school students were sent home, because they wore T-shirts with the Australian flag printed on them.
Enough is enough.
This message needs to be viewed by every Australian; and every Australian needs to stand up for Australia. We've bent over to appease the Aussie-haters long enough. I'm taking a stand.
I'm standing up because of the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country, and for the Australian flag.
And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message.
AUSTRALIANS, stop giving away Your RIGHTS ! THIS IS OUR COUNTRY !
This statement DOES NOT mean I'm against immigration !
YOU ARE WELCOME HERE, IN MY COUNTRY, welcome to come legally:
1. Get a sponsor ! 2. Learn the LANGUAGE, as immigrants have in the past! 3. Live by OUR rules ! Dress as we Australians Do 4. Get a job ! 5. Pay YOUR Taxes ! 6. No Social Security until you have earned it and Paid for it ! 7. NOW find a place to lay your head !
We've gone so far the other way...bent over backwards not to offend anyone. Only AUSTRALIANS seem to care when Australian Citizens are being offended !
WAKE UP AUSTRALIA ! ! !
Made in AUSTRALIA & PROUD OF IT!!!!!" AMEN
Editor's note: I believe this article could be written by someone in many countries around the world. Sovereignty is giving way because of the so-called Global Economy I believe. And the One World concept as well. Opposing views are welcome. Quentin Clingerman for WordChimes.com

(Jesus said) 10 "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." - Matthew 5:10(New International Version).
GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD
27 Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, 28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him. - Hebrews 9:27-28(New International Version).

NOTES
On my way to lunch, I stopped by Walgreens to pick up a prescription. I had lunch with Charley. I came by the post office. I took my afternoon nap. Itty Bitty came up on the bed for a minute or two but she didn't take a nap with me. When I got up from my nap I worked in my office for a while getting a couple of bills ready to mail tomorrow. Most of my working life was spent working inside in an office but I am sure getting slow with office work now. I watched a Billy Graham Crusade at 6:00 p.m. The one tonight was from 1961 in St. Paul, Minnesota. This program was in black and white. Billy Graham was 43 years of age at that time. I took treats and food out for the cats shortly after 7:00 p.m. I stayed out with them in the cool weather until about 7:30 p.m. The picture tonight is Beau. The cats are fine. Speaking of cats I will tell you a cat story about Little Girl. She is the oldest cat that we have and I am not sure how good her hearing is at this time. Little Girl has always slept here in the den. There are patio doors to look out to the front yard and there is also a back door that I usually leave ajar so the cats came come and go. When Ron comes to visit without Angie, his wife, he wants to sleep out here in the den on the couch. The couch is pretty wide and makes a good bed. He likes to sit outside a lot so the patio door to the den just suits him. I guess Little Girl didn't appreciate all the activities that were going on so Sunday afternoon she had disappeared. My neighbor, two houses over, has a large storage building in his back yard. My cats go down the alley and climb over the fence and sleep under his storage house a lot. I guess it is cool under there. Late Sunday evening I went down the alley looking for Little Girl and sure enough she was at the storage house. I couldn't climb over the chain link fence at my age so I had to leave her there to see if she would come home on her on. Well, she didn't come home Sunday night so Monday evening I went down the alley again and she was still at the storage house. I decided that I had better bring her home so I went to my neighbor's and asked permission to go in their back yard to get Little Girl. Of course it was alright with them so I went back there and coaxed Little Girl out from under the storage house with some food. Ron was in the alley so I picked Little Girl up and gave her to him to take home while I went back out the front way. We put Little Girl in my room with some kitty litter and she slept with Rascal and me Monday night. Ron and Treva went home Tuesday but Little Girl continued to stay in my room and slept with Rascal and me again last night. This morning she came out and I brought her out here to the den where she usually stays. When I came home from lunch she was gone again. I knew where she was but I didn't go looking for her this time. I just prayed and asked God to bring her back home safely. It was rather lonesome here in the den when I started the Good Things without Little Girl. Along about 8:30 p.m. I felt someone rubbing my leg and I assumed it was Rascal. I looked down and it was Little Girl, she had come home by herself this time. She is in the floor at my feet now looking up at me real innocent like. I worry about her because she is getting old and doesn't leave the yard anymore except for last Sunday and today. I hope and pray she stays home now. That is my cat story for tonight. We have had a lot of cloudy skies today but no sign of rain. High temperature today was 80 degrees. Low temperature this morning was 47 degrees. At 9:45 p.m. skies are mostly clear with a temperature of 64 degrees. I will see you next time,

NOTES
I had lunch today with my friend, Bill, my brother, Charley, my son, Ron and my daughter, Treva. My kids and I had a wonderful time visiting the past three days. We really didn't do much, we just mainly visited here at home. Treva and Ron left for home about 1:25 p.m. They are both home safely. A cool front came through Saturday night and we have had nice weather with temperatures in the 80's since then. The picture tonight is Itty Bitty in a little rock and shell garden in the back yard where some of our cats are buried. The cats are fine. Rascal is lying on a table here beside me. Little Girl is in my room on my bed. The others are accounted for except Leo and he sometimes stays away for a while when we have company. Today has been a sunny day with a high temperature of 82 degrees. Low temperature this morning was 48 degrees. At 9:45 p.m. skies are mostly clear with a temperature of 69 degrees. I will see you next time.

GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

NOTES
I had lunch with Charley and then went to the post office. I went to Braums for an item. I needed to go to Walmart so I went while I was out so I wouldn't have to go out again. I just don't care about going out much anymore except for lunch. I filled the van with gas at $3.52 per gallon. I went to the Petsense store to buy my canned cat food since it is 12 cents a can cheaper than Walmart. I took a nap this afternoon. I did some office work. Smokey came to help me but he stayed out of my way today. I put out fresh water, food and treats for the cats at 6:45 p.m. The picture tonight is one I received today of Ella, my new great grandchild. She is about 3 months old now. As I said last night there probably will not be Good Things for at least three days. The cats are fine. I have seen all of them this evening and also Tony from across the street. Today has been mostly sunny with a high temperature of 98 degrees. Low temperature this morning was 76 degrees. At 9:15 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 88 degrees. Have a Nice Labor Day Week-End and a Wonderful Sunday!
