GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

(Jesus said) 6 “What is the price of five sparrows—two copper coins? Yet God does not forget a single one of them. 7 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows."  - Luke 12:6-7(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends!
      His mercies never cease.
 23 Great is his faithfulness;
      his mercies begin afresh each morning.
 24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance;
      therefore, I will hope in him!”
- Lamentations 3:22-24(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

God's people have to get to the point where they trust the all-seeing God over them as much as they acknowledge the real world of opposition around them.  - Jim Spruce -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

A warm smile and wholesome laughter have great face value.

NOTES

Today has been mostly cloudy with the sun peeking through now and then.  High temperature today was 70 degrees.  Low temperature last night was 57 degrees.  I had lunch with Charley.  I went to the post office.  I took a nap this afternoon without a cat.  I don't know how I managed to sleep without a cat.  Nothing much to report for today.  I didn't even see a vulture soaring around today.

The cats are fine.  Different ones have been coming and going into the den where Little Girl and I are at present.  Smokey is on top of a refrigerator.

At 9:35 p.m. skies are partly cloudy with a temperature of 62 degrees.  I will see you next time.
