GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

39 He (Jesus) got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. 40 He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”  - Mark 4:39-40(New International Version).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(Job said) 10 "But he (God) knows the way that I take;
   when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold."
- Job 23:10(New International Version).

NOTES

Today has been a sunny day with a high temperature of 49 degrees.  Low temperature last night was 13 degrees.  Most of the streets are now clear of snow.  I had lunch with Charley and Bill.  Then to the post office.  I had a nap early in the afternoon.  Later I went to Sandy Isenhower's office to pick up my tax return.  I made my weekly trip to Walmart to pick up cat food and supplies.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl took a nap with me this afternoon and she is now in her usual place here in the den.  Rascal is asleep in the recliner.  The others are asleep or resting in different parts of the house.

At 9:30 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 34 degrees.  I will see you next time.
