GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

11 Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. 12 Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. 13 When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.  - Romans 12:11-13(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

10 Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry,
but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.
-Psalm 34:10(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself; avoid trifling conversation.

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

Good, better, best - never let it rest until the good is better and the better best.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Those who cook up stories usually find themselves in hot water.

NOTES

Today has been mostly sunny with high temperatures in the low sixties.  I had lunch with Charley.  I came by the post office.  I took my nap in early afternoon.  At 3:00 P.M. I took my van to Nix Ford Garage for a service job.  I came back by the cemetery.  The flowers are still pretty.  At 5:00 p.m. I took treats outside for my cats and left food and water out for the strays.  My cats have food inside all the time but they wait for me to go outside with them every evening and feed them a package of dry cat food treats.  The picture tonight is Little Girl almost asleep on one of the rare times that she gets on my bed.  She usually stays in the den but I think June had vacuumed the den that day and none of the cats like the noise from the vacumn cleaner.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl is on the back of the couch.  Rascal was in a little while ago.  I suppose Rascal comes in to check on me.  He is the cat that Flonnie sent (if you haven't heard that story let me know and I will share it with you).

At 8:55 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 49 degrees.  I will see you next time.
