GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

19 By wisdom the Lord founded the earth;
by understanding he created the heavens.
20 By his knowledge the deep fountains of the earth burst forth,
and the dew settles beneath the night sky.
- Proverbs 3:19-20(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

105 Your word (O Lord) is a lamp to guide my feet
and a light for my path.
- Psalm 119:105(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

I thank God for all things good - peace, happiness, laughter, friends.

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

In the presence of a friend, may you find true comfort and peace.
- From Pass Along Promises -

Life is short - if you don't stop and take a look around once in a while, you might miss it.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

People who give thanks for little will always find that they have enough.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

The heart that loves is always young.
- Greek Proverb -

NOTES

Today has been mostly sunny with a few stray clouds around.  High temperatures were in the low seventies.  I had lunch with Charley.  I came by the post office and then to Walgreens to pick up a prescription.  I had a nap in early afternoon.  Later I went to Walmart for cat food and other items.  I sat out with the cats and read for a while this evening.  The picture tonight is of Smokey licking his lip.

The cats are fine.  Rascal just came in to check on me and is eating a bite of cat food.  I petted him a little and he started purring.  Little Girl is in her usual place and the rest are scattered around here and there.

At 8:45 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 66 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
