GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

(Jesus said) 42 “So you, too, must keep watch! For you don’t know what day your Lord is coming. 43 Understand this: If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar was coming, he would keep watch and not permit his house to be broken into. 44 You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man (Jesus) will come when least expected."  - Matthew 24:42-44(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

12 But to all who believed him (Jesus)  and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. 13 They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.  - John 1:12-13(New Living Translation).

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

Don't waste time looking for four-leaf clovers when there are weeds in your garden.

NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy with high temperatures around 70 degrees.  I had lunch with Charley.  I went by the post office.  I took my afternoon nap.  Rascal snuggled with me, Itty Bitty was also on the bed and when I awakened there was Leo on the bed with us.  Later I went to Walmart for cat food and some other items.  I sat outside with the cats this evening.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl has been outside a time or two today but she is now resting on the couch.

At 10:25 p.m. skies are cloudy with a temperature of 58 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
