GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

1 How wonderful and pleasant it is
when brothers live together in harmony!
- Psalm 133:1(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

8 But each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me,
and through each night I sing his songs,
praying to God who gives me life.
- Psalm 42:8(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

My friends are my estate.
- Emily Dickinson -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

He who cannot forgive others breaks the bridge over which he must himself pass if he is ever to reach Heaven.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

We never really grow up; we only learn how to act in public.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Your friendship is an anchor in a tumultuous world.
- From Pass Along Promises -

NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy with gusty winds from the south direction.  High temperatures were in the mid eighties.  I had lunch with Charley and then to the post office.  I had a nap in early afternoon.  Later I went to the cemetery and then to Walmart.  I bought one of Wendy's delicious baked potatoes topped with chili for supper.  I sat out with the cats this evening even though it was very windy.  I just had to send along this picture tonight of my dear Flonnie with the morning glories in our back yard.  As you can see the picture was made in 2004.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl on the couch.  Smokey is lying behind the monitor to my computer.  I can see his big white paws.  Rascal just got on the desk here beside me to give me a love and eat a little dry food.  You can see I have plenty of cat company which keeps me going.

At 9:45 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 76 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
