GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. 21 Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.  - Ephesians 3:20-21(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

19 The humble will be filled with fresh joy from the Lord.
The poor will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
- Isaiah 29:19(New Living Translation).

NOTES

Today has been a sunny day with high temperatures in the high seventies.  I had lunch by myself today.  Charley had a meal at his church.  I went by the post office.  My lawn was mowed today, a really good job as usual.  I went to my eye doctor at 1:15 p.m.  There is not much change in my eyes.  I still have to use drops every day for my Glaucoma.  I take eye vitamins for a small touch of Mascular Degeneration.  I have to see the doctor again in six months.  My next door neighbors moved out a week ago (they were good neighbors).  New neighbors have moved in this week.  They are moving from across the street.   (To Laura Johnson: they are moving from the third house from the corner across the street.)  I think they are buying the place.  I sat out with the cats for a little while this evening.  I appreciate all the e-mails that I receive even though I don't have time to answer them.  The picture tonight is the one I promised last night of the cemetery in the little community of Bohannon.  Our relatives are the line of monuments just to the right of the bench.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl has been out but is now back inside (guess where?).  Others have been in and out including Friendly, Itty Bitty, Rascal and Smokey.

At 11:05 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 55 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
