GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

7 I can never escape from your Spirit( O Lord)!
      I can never get away from your presence!
 8 If I go up to heaven, you are there;
      if I go down to the grave, you are there.
 9 If I ride the wings of the morning,
      if I dwell by the farthest oceans,
 10 even there your hand will guide me,
      and your strength will support me.
- Psalm 139:7-10(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

 14 Backsliders get what they deserve;
      good people receive their reward.
- Proverbs 14:14(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

People who worry are not being cautious or thinking things over; they are simply scared.  Running scared is the enemy of success, peace, contentment, happiness, joy, laughter, etc.  - Paul J. Meyer -

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

We always admire the other fellow more after we have tried to do his job.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES

We had a heavy rain shower about 1:30 p.m. that lasted for about an hour.  High temperature today was around 80 degrees before the shower.  The weather cleared enough for me to sit out with the cats this evening.  A few years ago Flonnie and I had set out a couple of Clematis vines on the front fence.  They are blooming now.  One is deep purple and the other is a rose color.

The cats are fine, going in and out tonight.

At 11:10 p.m. skies are cloudy with a temperature of 66 degrees.  I will see you next time.
