GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

 4 He counts the stars
and calls them all by name.
5 How great is our Lord! His power is absolute!
      His understanding is beyond comprehension!
- Psalm 147:4-5(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

32 Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, Moses didn’t give you bread from heaven. My Father did. And now he offers you the true bread from heaven. 33 The true bread of God is the one who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”  - John 6:32-33(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

Death is the starlit strip between the companionship of yesterday and the reunion of tomorrow.
- Mark Twain -

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

It's pretty difficult to keep your mind and your mouth open at the same time.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES

It was raining when I awoke this morning but soon stopped and the weather cleared this afternoon.  High temperatures today were in the high seventies.  It has been a normal day with the usual things going on.  I sat outside this evening for about 90 minutes.  I read for a while, watched the cats for a while and then walked around the yard to see what new flowers had bloomed today.  Some light blue Iris had bloomed today.  Two light blue Iris blooms had broken off the plant and were lying on the ground.  I just like to believe that Flonnie had broken them off for me to bring in the house, which I did and put them in a little pink bowl.  I think that is her way of saying that we are still together in Spirit and will be re-united one of these days.  You can believe that with me if you want to or you can choose not to believe it.  Either way is okay.

The cats are fine.  They are all outside except Little Girl and she is on the arm of the couch here in the den.  She was outside a little while ago.

At 9:40 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 67 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
