GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

2 The rich and poor have this in common:
      The Lord made them both.
- Proverbs 22:2(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(The Apostle Paul said) 26 "From one man he (God) created all the nations throughout the whole earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and he determined their boundaries. 27 His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us."  - Acts 17:26-27(New Living Translation).

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

You may not be a star, but you need not be a cloud, either.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Children can usually repeat, word for word, those things you shouldn't have said.

NOTES

Today has been mostly sunny in McAlester, Oklahoma, with high temperatures in the high sixties.  My brother is still on a senior retreat.  My brother's name is Charles but everyone calls him Charley.  He signs his name as Charles.  I had lunch by myself.  I did see several friends at Taco Bob's.  I went by the post office and then to the cemetery.  The weather was mild this evening so I sat in the back yard and read for a while.  Cats were keeping me company, a couple of them climbed a tree and one of them got on top of the house.  Lucy, (the used to be stray), was with the other cats.  She has become friends to most of our cats.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl is looking out the front patio doors and Rascal is asleep on the couch here in the den.

At 9:25 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 51 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
