GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

18 No one has ever seen God. But the unique One (Jesus Christ), who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.  - John 1:18(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!"  - John 1:29(New Living Translation).

NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy in McAlester, Oklahoma with high temperatures in the upper forties.  I had lunch by myself as Charles was having some new patio doors installed at his house.  I sat by myself but I did see some friends as I do most every day.  All of the empoyees at Bob's are always so friendly and nice to Charles and me.  I went by the post office and picked up my mail.  At 5:00 p.m. I went to a Sonic Drive-In and got a hamburger.  They sell their hamburgers at half price on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. until closing time and they do make good hamburgers.  If you have a Sonic Drive-In in your area and you like hamburgers I would reccommend you go by there some Tuesday evening.  I am not being paid by Sonic for that commercial.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl is hiding behind the computer monitor.  Sometimes I have to pick her up and move her before I can do the Good Things.  Rascal came by checking on me a little while ago.  One of these days I will tell you again how I got Rascal but I don't have time tonight as it is a long story.

At 9:55 p.m. skies are fair with temperatures in the mid thirties.  I will see you next time.
