GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

7 The Lord is my strength and shield.
I trust him with all my heart.
He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy.
I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.
- Psalm 28:7(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

13 I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life. 14 And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. 15 And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.  - 1 John 5:13-15(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

May my life be a vehicle to extend to others the grace that was extended to me.
- Bonnie Perry -

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

Life is what happens while you are making other plans.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES

Today has been mostly sunny with high temperatures in the mid to upper twenties.  Treva arrived about 2:00 p.m. from Topeka, Kansas.  She brought Gaia, her cat that is a sister to Beau and Leo.  She also brought her big bull dog named Libby.  About 4:00 p.m. Treva and I went to Petsmart store and Crest Food Market.  We ate a meal while we were out at Whataburger. I am not sure when I will try to move but I will continue the Good Things until I move and then start them again as soon as I get my computer set up at my home in McAlester.  Let me know if you want to continue receiving the Good Things after I move.  I only heard from 14 people wanting to continue with the Good Things so I will have to drop several people off if I don't hear from them.

The cats are doing okay.  A couple are still hiding out from the company we have.  Libby, the bull dog, is closed up in a room to herself.  Treva takes her out for a walk occasionally.  Libby does not like to stay in a kennel while Treva is away from home.

At 9:15 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 13 degrees.  Have a Wonderful Sunday!  I will see you next time.

In sincere Christian Love, Everett.
