GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

(Jesus said) 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. 36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’  37 “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? 39 When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’  40 “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’"  - Matthew 25:34-40(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

23 Jesus replied, “All who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them. 24 Anyone who doesn’t love me will not obey me. And remember, my words are not my own. What I am telling you is from the Father who sent me."  - John 14:23-24(New Living Translation).

NOTES

The day started with a little fog early this morning and soon cleared to a beautiful sun filled day.  High temperatures were around 70 degrees.  I attended church this morning.  A Christmas Program was presented at the church this morning and there were too many things presented for me to summarize.  I had lunch at home.  My son, Ron, came about 4:00 p.m. and stayed until almost 7:00 p.m.

The cats are fine.  They have been going in and out this warm day.  Beau is in the computer chair.

At 8:30 p.m. skies are partly cloudy with a temperature of 54 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In sincere Christian Love, Everett.
