GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

12 People who work hard sleep well, whether they eat little or much. But the rich seldom get a good night’s sleep. 13 There is another serious problem I have seen under the sun. Hoarding riches harms the saver. 14 Money is put into risky investments that turn sour, and everything is lost. In the end, there is nothing left to pass on to one’s children. 15 We all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us.  - Ecclesiastes 5:12-15(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

19 Truthful words stand the test of time,
      but lies are soon exposed.
- Proverbs 12:19(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

A man is known by the company he keeps.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

Inspiration seldom helps anyone get anyplace unless a good dash of perspiration is tossed in.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Greet the dawn with enthusiasm and you may expect satisfaction at sunset.

NOTES

Today has been a sunny day in Moore, Oklahoma, with high temperatures in the low seventies.  I had lunch at home.  This afternoon I went to the post office, Home Depot and Cresent Food Market.  I did my weekly laundry this afternoon.  I have been out in the back yard several times today, always with cats nearby.

The cats are fine.  I managed to get the computer chair first tonight.

At 7:45 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 56 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In sincere Christian Love, Everett.
