GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

27 The Lord’s light penetrates the human spirit,
      exposing every hidden motive.
Proverbs 20:27(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

16 “This is the new covenant I will make
with my people on that day, says the Lord:
I will put my laws in their hearts,
and I will write them on their minds.”
17 Then he says,
“I will never again remember
      their sins and lawless deeds."
- Hebrews 10:16-17(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

The universe does not make sense without God.

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

Listening to another person's problems may actually help to lighten one's own.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Humility is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less.

NOTES

Today has been a sunny day in Moore, Oklahoma, with high temperatures in the high sixties.  I had lunch at home.  I sat out with the cats for a while this afternoon.  I went out and picked up a light meal about 5:00 p.m.  This is "Trick or Treat" night but since I don't feel like jumping up every five minutes, I will leave my porch light off.  Flonnie and I partcipated in our younger days.

The cats are fine.  Rascal was waiting for me to take a nap with him this afternoon.  Little Girl is in the window here in the study.

At 7:25 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 59 degrees.  Have a Blessed Sunday!  I will see you next time.

In sincere Christian Love, Everett.

Everett, my husband and I quit answering "Trick or Treat" a few years ago when I developed a lot of arthritis. Now neither of us can get to the door very quickly.   Thanks for including Proverbs 20:27
