GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. - 2 Corinthians 1:3-4(New International Version).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(Jesus said) 16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16(New International Version).

A QUOTE

There never was any heart truly great and generous, that was not also tender and compassionate. - Robert South -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

Home is a place of heart-keeping more than house-keeping. - From Best Wishes -

Some minds are like concrete - all mixed up and permanently set. - From Reminisce Magazine -

When I'm right, nobody remembers; when I'm wrong, nobody forgets. - From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES

Around 4:00 a.m. this morning we had a thunderstorm with rain. The rain began to freeze. We also had some sleet and light snow. High temperature today was 28 degrees. Ice covered most everything but the streets were still all right for driving. I don't have a garage since the den I am sitting in now used to be a garage. There was ice all over my van so I stayed in all day. I didn't want to fall and break a hip or something else. It is supposed to be warmer tomorrow so maybe I will be able to get out for lunch and check my mail at the post office. Thanks for reading and thanks for writing.

The cats are fine. They like to go out at times even in icy weather. I have seen all of them.

Have a nice Tuesday,

Everett.
