NOTES:

Well, I didn't make it to church today. I neglected to get my high powered pain pills for my back ache refilled until Friday and by that time I found out that every pharmacy in McAlester was out of them. I have been cutting my pills in half in order to make them last until Tuesday when my pharmacy is supposed to have them. When I attend church I need a whole pill first thing in the morning to keep me from hurting in church for an hour or so. That is why I didn't attend church today. I am making it pretty good by taking one half of a pill. I have been taking it easy all day. I will take another half of a pill as soon as I finish the Good Things. I did miss going to church today.

The cats are fine. Rascal is in the recliner chair. I will get him in my lap in a little while when I get the garbage out on the street.
