Good Things

GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD:

7 Dear Friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. - 1 John 4:7(New International Version).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD:

1 Lord. you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. 2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. - Psalm 90:1-2(New International Version).

A QUOTE:

When we selflessly love our neighbors, we are expressing our love for God. - Marvin Williams -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER:

Be faithful - and leave the results to God. - From Our Daily Bread -

There's nothing wrong with having nothing to say unless you say it. - From Reminisce Magazine -

What's the use of having an enemy if you can have a friend? - From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES:

Surprise, surprise, I said I wouldn't do Good Things tonight but I can change my mind, can't I? Today has been a sunny day with a high temperature of 92 degrees. Stephanie came at 8:30 a.m. from the professional cleaners and cleaned my house. She did an outstanding job as always. When she gets through there is certainly nothing left for me to do. I had lunch with Charley today. I came by the post office. I took a nap this afternoon. Itty Bitty was with me part of the time and Smokey was with me part of the time. I put treats outside for the cats at about 7:30 p.m. Thanks so much for your emails and thanks for reading the Good Things. Let me know if you have problems with the size of the print tonight.

The cats are fine. Lucy is the only one with me at present but Rascal was here a little while ago. I have seen all of the kitties this evening.

Have a nice Thursday. Everett
