Good Things

GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD:

22 Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, His body, of which He is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. 25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her. - Ephesians 6:22-25(New International Version).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD:

28 Whoever trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf. - Proverbs 11:28(New International Version).

A QUOTE:

Praise God for creating such a wonderful place for us to live! We stand in awe of His marvelous creation. - Dave Branon -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER:

Each day is a little life, and I'm going to choose to live it to the fullest. - From Every Good Thing -

The only person who gets anywhere playing both ends against the middle is an accordion player. - From Reminisce Magazine -

True Christian love helps those who can't return the favor. - From Our Daily Bread -

NOTES:

Today has been partly cloudy with a high temperature of 90 degrees. This morning I had professional cleaning people clean my back porch. I am unable to do any cleaning at all anymore. I had lunch with Charley and Bill. I went to the post office and then to Walgreen's for some items that were on sale. I came home and took my afternoon nap. After I got up from my nap I went to Walmart for my weekly supplies. I came by McDonalds and picked up some food for my evening meal. At around 7:00 p.m. I put treats outside for the kitties. Thanks for everything.

The cats are fine. Smokey is the only one with me at present. He is asleep on a desk near me. I have seen all the kitties this evening.

Have a great Tuesday. Everett
