VETERANS DAY -11-11-08

In the USA it is Veterans Day this eleventh day of November, in the year of our Lord, 2008.

We take time to honor and salute all who have served this country in the military, wearing their uniform bravely and proudly.  We salute all of those who have served in the military since this country's inception, remembering the thousands upon thousands who have given their service and many their lives for sake of God and country.

We salute you, each and everyone.

We salute those who serve in the military today, who will one day be veterans.  Stand proud and courageous!

You represent the best of this great nation.  We honor those who have given their lives for the sake of freedom, for the sake of their country's safety, to share the opportunity to others of freedom of their own.

We pray for those who face imminent danger, who face difficult challenges, who press on for victory!

May God protect them and return them safely to their homes.
