Good Things

GOOD THINGS Thursday, February 13, 2014

GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD 6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him. - Hebrews 11:6(New International Version).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD (Jesus said) 27 " Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man (Jesus) will give you. On Him God the Father has placed His seal of approval." - John 6:27(New International Version).

A QUOTE For those whose lives are centered in Christ, the best days are always yet to come. - Haddon W. Robinson -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER Our true character is shown in what we do when we think no one is looking. - From Reflecting God -

Some people dream of success while others work at it. - From Reminisce Magazine -

To live in the past is to miss today's opportunities and tomorrow's blessings. - From Our Daily Bread -

NOTES Today has been a sunny day with a high temperature of 57 degrees. Treva and I had lunch with Charley, Bill and our nephew, Doug. Treva and I went to a shoe store to buy me some new shoes. We then went to the post office, Walgreen's and Memory Gardens cemetery before we came home. Treva and I had dinner at Giacomo's Italian Restaurant this evening to celebrate her birthday which is February 19. The cats are fine. Libby, Treva's dog, is fine. I have seen all the cats this evening. I am tired tonight so I will make the notes short.

Have a nice Friday. Everett.

Keep Thinking The Good Thoughts!!!
