Calling You to Prayer

Do you consider yourself a devout Christian? Then I challenge you to join me in prayer for our nation, its leaders, and a spiritual awakening that will change attitudes and direction in righteousness, justice, and mercy. I plan to pray five minutes a day for this country each and everyday. You may select your own time of day but will you pray with me that God will reveal Himself in powerful ways that will affect the way this nation is headed. We are in trouble Folks. Our decline is assured if we continue the path we are on. Thank you for praying. Quentin Clingerman, Walkersville, MD

I will pray for this country. We will either serve our own wills or the will of God. I pray our leaders choose to serve the will of God.

I'm on board.   We will not long survive as believers in a world filled with greed and deceit.  God is the only answer for the United States and I am on His side.  Whatever He wills for our great country, may it come to pass as we re-align ourselves with Him and His purposes.  I will pray daily.

I whole-heartedly agree. We were heart sick over the results of the election. I still find it hard to believe that so many people would think that we are going in the right direction. Shocking. I will commit to praying 5 minutes every day. It's a great idea!

Amen Que!  We need to pray daily and seek God's guidance.  We shouldn't hate the politicians but we should hate the immoral laws/decisions that are passed/made which allow such things as abortion, mandated drugs/shots for our children, a debt that could install a communist country to a world power, etc.  For those who think prayer is not important, remember this - that if Jesus felt compelled to pray, so the more should we.  ~louis

Que, I will agree with you in prayer for the healing of our nation.  My heart too cries out everyday to our Lord for the course our country is taking.  I fear for my children and grandchildren. I fear for those who are lost and for those who have strayed.  With fear and trembling . . .   I see the stage being set for the arrival of the anti-chirst.
