NOTES

I decided to do a Good Things tonight since I usually sit around reading the paper or working puzzles, etc. during this time. You that live alone know what is like sitting around by yourself in the evenings. You do different things to pass the time until bedtime. If the Good Things help you in any way, please let me know and then I will decide if I will keep doing them. I am 87 years of age now so my mind probably wanders at times but maybe my writings will still make sense to you. Also let me know if you want pictures if I start the Good Things again. I still have lunch every day at Taco Bob's Fiesta Grill with my brother Charley and sometimes our friend, Bill, joins us. I had lunch today with Charley. Our weather has finally cooled down some after a hot day of 107 degrees last Friday. It has been cool enough for me to sit out with the cats the past three days.
The 10 cats are fine. If you have forgotten their names they are Beau, Emmy, Friendly, Itty Bitty, Leo, Little Girl, Lucy the stray, Rascal, Smokey and Tony. They enjoy it so much when I feed them their treats and sit with them in the evening. I have eight chairs sitting in a circle in the back yard. When my kids and grandkids come to visit we use them. The rest of the time they are used by my cats and me. This evening at 7:15 I was sitting in one chair. In other chairs were Beau, Friendly and Smokey. Rascal was lying on the steps of the little storage house. Lucy was lying on the ground in the grass. Leo hadn't come in yet from where he stays during the day. Emmy usually doesn't join us in the back yard. Little Girl and Tony stay in the front yard.
Have a nice Tuesday and maybe I will see you again soon.
In Christian Love,
Everett.
