GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD
9 If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, 10 no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. - Psalm 91:9-12(New International Version).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD
(The Lord said) 25 “I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more." - Isaiah 43:25(New International Version).

A QUOTE
Talk to God about everyday details, as well as big-picture items. Nothing is too small-or too big-for Him to care about. - Lita Forsyth -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER
Just for today I will try to strengthen my mind by reading something that requires effort, thought, and concentration. - From Lists To Live By -
To think too long about doing something often becomes its undoing. - From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES
I had lunch today with my brother, Charley and my pastor, J. T. Carnell. Charley and I then went to the nursing home to visit our brother-in-law, O. V. McNutt but he had been taken to the hospital. We went to the hospital and he was just being admitted and was not in his room as yet. Charley stayed at the hospital to see O. V. but my back was giving me a little trouble so I went on to the post office. I took a nap this afternoon. I talked with Charley later and he said that O. V. had kidney problems. Around 4:00 p.m. I went to Petsense and Walmart for some cat food and other items. I went out with the cats about 6:55 p.m. and sat out and read for about 40 minutes. The picture tonight is my little stray, Lucy, who waited for me for 10 months while I lived at Moore. In this picture she is taking it easy by lying flat on the ground. The cats are fine. I have seen all of them this afternoon and evening. Little Girl is on a tv tray here in the den. Rascal just came in. Today has been a sunny day with a high temperature of 85 degrees. Low temperature this morning was 46 degrees. At 9:20 p.m. skies are mostly clear with a temperature of 66 degrees. I will see you next time,
In Christian Love, Everett.
